I, too, sometimes suffer from a feeling of depression in the morning. It often has nothing to do with what I have to do that day, but more with a sense of vulnerability that I can’t seem to cope with at that time. It eventually passes, luckily.
Creating things to help you get over morning depression seems like a very powerful thing to do!
